Today, we are looking at No. 8 Cu-poche Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko. She is the female protagonist in the anime Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko (Hentai Prince and the Stony Cat). I recently watched the anime to learn her personality.

In the anime, Tsukiko is a shy person who thinks of herself too childish. She prayed to the Stony Cat and her wish was granted. Her emotions are not noticeable, as she can’t express her feelings anymore because the Stony Cat has taken it away from her. The only thing I remember is how cute the characters are especially Tsukiko.

I got this cute figure a week after I received Mami Tomoe, it is also sponsored by Kotobukiya. I’m just so happy to have her in my collection. Cu-Poche Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko is sculpted by Wtaru Orita. She comes with 3 face expressions (blank, blushing and jito-me), Oni mask, Warawanai-neko statue (Stony Cat), optional hand parts, posable arm stand set and magnetic base.

Even before I watched the series, I find Tsukiko really cute. I like her  blushing face and her cat-kawaii pose. It would be more awesome if she has a neko-mimi extra part. I might make one for her one day. 😉

I made 3 different setting for Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko, since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I decided to share her Valentines-inspired set first. This time, she’s making Valentines chocolates to give them to her loved ones and friends. In Japan, it is common when women give chocolates to men on Valentine’s Day. Chocolates can also be given to bosses, co-workers, family and friends.

I also made a decoration with a Valentines feel to it. I used Re-ment miniature food and decorations. The set and others in the set are hand-made. This was also published on Kotobukiya page, check it out here.

Looking at every angle, even on her chibi form, she has this sweet charisma in her. Isn’t she so sweet? I think Kotobukiya has captured that side of her. Oh so adorable! I want to hug her! 😀

Cu-poche Tsukiko it’s not really hard to pose, there’s a trick on posing articulated figures such as Cu-poche and it’s a challenge for some. The joints on her shoulder sometimes gets too much noticeable whenever you try to pose her, but it didn’t bother me so much. I just turned her shoulder joints in a way it wouldn’t be too much visible.

My Cu-poche Tsukiko has a fair skin tone. She is not tanned as to what I’ve seen and read in some post and comments on Facebook. Remember that lighting always got something to do with the picture, no matter who that figure is.

Over all, I am happy with Cu-poche Tsukiko. She may not have an elaborate dress such as Mami’s or Madoka’s, but I love the simplicity and the quality of sculpt on her uniform. She’s a good pair with Kirino since they are both wearing their school uniform.
