Today, we are taking a look at Nendoroid Mako Mankanshoku: Fight Club-Spec Two Star Goku Uniform Ver. She is an exclusive figure at Wonder Festival 2015 Summer in Japan last Sunday. She was also sold at Anime Expo (Los Angeles, USA) earlier this month.
I got this exclusive Mako thanks to Mamitan and the good guys of Good Smile Company! Also, thanks to Sony Philippines for the Sony Alpha A7 Mark II equipped with FE 55mm F1.8 ZA lens which I used for this photo shoot today.
Let’s take a closer look. There are several golden weapons inside her black coat such as wrench and morning-star. Her Two-Star Goku uniform has two red four-pointed stars that symbolize its rank on her belt. Her black coat has red spikes from the shoulders. Our little Mako is also wearing a red spiked cuffs on her wrist. Of course, a green reed on her mouth is also included. She also has a golden brass knuckles embossed with “Mako”. So cool!Spiked bat is also included to display her in several action poses. In this photo shoot, I didn’t based the set from the anime but it was inspired by Japanese deliquient wars and graffiti in abandoned buildings. While many figure collectors were waiting for upcoming figures last Wonder Festival 2015 Summer, I spent some time making a graffiti for this photo shoot. Thanks to my super awesome boyfriend who gave me the idea and helped me with the artwork.<3
We used graffiti creator for the text font “Mako” and traced it on the foam board. Colored and painted a “graffiti” style on the board using poster color. I also used brick wall background and fence from the diorama I made last year.
Fight Club President Mako Mankanshoku!
I also combined her extra face from Mako’s previously released version.
