Since I can’t afford Saber Zero’s 1/8 Scale, I just decided to buy its chibified form, Nendoroid Saber Zero by Good Smile Company. Saber Zero is from the anime Fate/Zero.
That scale figure is really one bad ass but GSC emptied my wallet after I purchased Miku Hatsune Love is War DX version last year. Well, this Nendoroid version is pretty nice too especially her motorcycle.
I found myself having Saber figures in my collection, 3 more nendoroids, nendoroid petite sets, figma Saber Alter and 1 scale figure which is Saber Alter by GSC that I haven’t unbox yet. I have a liking with Saber Alter, I wish Good Smile Company will make a nendoroid of her someday.
Anyway, back to Nendoroid Saber Zero. Have you guys watched the anime? If not yet then you should! >_<
In this photo set, I based it from the anime – which is usually dark-bluish background all the time.
“Knight on Two Wheels”
This photo shoot was done 2 consecutive nights. My first night was a disaster. I positioned her to just the side of the road when a speeding car passed by, she fell and got a scratch in her motorcycle. It broke my heart for a moment but it didn’t stop me. The next night I went out and tried a few shots again. I had to be more careful and tagged my brother with me so he could warn me from huge and fast vehicles approaching before taking the shot.
Poor Saber. 😦
Wonderful set – that first photo is insanely adorable. : D
Thank you very much Edgar! 🙂
Oh noo.. Take care next time! I love the bokeh of the lights!
Thanks sis!
So those light streaks are actually cars? Awesome and dangerous at the same time… I like it. Sorry to hear about the motorcycle getting scratched, though… I hate when stuff like that happens to me too.
It’s one of the sacrifices we make as toy photographers doing outdoor shoots especially with nendoroids. Yes those light streaks are cars, and I used my brother’s led flashlight to brighten up Saber’s face a little bit.
I like your blog’s new theme, refreshing, easy to read, big wide photos, really nice! =3 Aww poor saber, which she had some kind of anti-gravitational mechanism, so that she won’t fall down haha! =3 Nice photos though. 😀 Fate Zero is an awesome anime, I really enjoyed watching it despite that I have not yet watched the original Fate Stay Night anime. 🙂
I am fond of changing wp themes every now and then but this is my favorite. I learned Flickr offer 1TB of free space, it’ll give us a great view of high quality pictures in this theme.
Yes I heard of that offer. =3
Goddamm..that’s some scary photo-shoot! And the bike looks so small which is so cute in comparison to the scaled figure! Props to trying twice despite the injured Saber! Outdoor photography does have their dangers..but the fun is always there XD
Holy crap those are some amazing shots! I can imagine how hard it must be to take those at night and out on the street. Great job! XD
Thanks Nathe! 🙂
Nice shot plus nice view
Thanks, glad you liked it 🙂

coz im planning to buy a Saber in her battle form (servant mode)
Hi Alex, I’m sorry that you got ripped off. The link is a bootleg of Nendoroid Saber Zero 😦
There are bootlegs/fake nendoroids all over ebay and anime conventions so you really need to make a lot of research regarding authentic and fake ones, and look for trusted sellers. Normally, authentic nendos prices ranges from $30-45 even higher than that, and bootlegs are sold a lot lot cheaper than originals.
Bootlegs have most likely too shiny faces, poor paint job and sculpt. So if you see a nendoroid in conventions, make sure to check the quality and physical appearance.
Here’s a link of how to spot a fake nendoroid

For future reference, here’s a few list of bootlegs http://www.goodsmile.info/page/en/post/all/kaizoku/all/all/all/published/1.html

I order mine from a trusted local store, but I have friends from different country who order theirs at amiami.com
Feel free to pm me anytime, if you want to make sure if a nendo is bootleg or not before you buy it online (especially if I have the same in my collection) 😉
hello! I’d like to know if other Nendoroids can also sit on the motorbike? Have you tried it? I’m planning to buy a Saber Zero too.
