I’ve got some requests before to remodel the old dollhouse that I have. So here it is!
This is one of the very first dollhouse kits I received way back from Banggood. I decided to change it from the original, plus I want it to be a kitchen for my male Nendoroids.
Today, it’s going to be a space for Good Smile Company Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki where he eats his first meal. (To be honest, I haven’t finished the anime Yuri! On ice. Sorry!)
Of course, I also filmed how I remodeled the entire dollhouse kit. Get some kitchen makeover ideas, make sure to watch it below: (Also, please subscribe and hit the bell icon to get notified!)
I am a fan of a minimalist look. I also aimed for a two-tone colored modern kitchen, so I painted the cabinets black.
The miniatures I used in this kitchen are a combination of DIYs and off-the-shelf items. If you watched the video, you will see which items were hand-crafted. Don’t worry, they were easy!
Shooting a breakfast setup means, it has to be shot in the morning if I am to use the natural light. I love the natural ray of light coming in through the kitchen window.
Even the sunshine comes in through, touching Yuri’s head. I love the lighting at this time of day. It really feels like a perfect time for breakfast.
The miniature breakfast set I used here is from my Re-ment collection. I loved the details!
Don’t you like to eat breakfast with Yuri in this nice space?
That’s all for today guys! I hope you liked the changes I made to this dollhouse kit.
See you in my next post!
